My partner and I were pleasantly surprised by Reserva Alecrim. We stayed for a weekend and were blown away by the stunning views, cozy cabins, and well-maintained surroundings. The pools, including the bio pool, were a highlight, although the weather didn't allow us to fully enjoy them. We were impressed with the provided baby cot for our child and the helpfulness of the staff, especially Liliana, who quickly resolved an issue with our accommodation. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We're already planning our return!
Totally recommend this hotel.

This place is mind-blowing! It's a hidden gem, isolated and unique, offering a small world of tranquility. The lake house, pools, and sunset views are jaw-dropping! We had a calm and relaxing stay, never getting bored. The restaurant, especially the waiters at Tenda, was super amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. We are definitely coming back!

The location of the hotel was amazing, with beautiful views of the countryside, lagoon, and the ocean in the distance. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids to enjoy, such as playgrounds and a kids club. the accommodation was well-equipped and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay.
One downside of our experience was the presence of construction works on the site, which was not ideal for such a beautiful landscape. Another issue was the smelly drain in the bathroom, which was unpleasant.

The room was cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and clean amenities. The location was perfect, offering serene countryside views and easy access to nearby beaches. The staff treated us with utmost care and friendliness throughout our stay.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection of toiletries, as we found only hand wash provided in the bathrooms.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding nature. . Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service. Enjoyed the infinity pool and the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant.
Limited or no WiFi connection in the house, which was inconvenient for staying connected. . the house could use some renovation and touch, up work to maintain its quality.

The staff is so helpful, they are like your personal tour guides! They know all the secret spots and will make sure you have a great time exploring the area.
Who needs stable Wi-Fi anyway? It's much more fun to constantly lose connection and go on a digital detox.

the location and scenery were stunning, exceeding my expectations in Santiago do Cacem. The domes and suites provided a sense of isolation and peace, while the communal pools, garden, and bar area were well designed. The staff was incredibly helpful with their suggestions.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were simply charming. The rustic yet elegant design created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I truly enjoyed exploring the beautiful outdoor spaces, with plenty of seating areas where one could sit and relax while surrounded by nature. The accessibility for senior people was remarkable, as there were ramps and well-maintained pathways throughout the hotel, making it easy for us to navigate and enjoy our stay.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in terms of organizing activities specifically tailored for senior guests.
