The pools, including the bio pool, were a highlight, although the weather didn't allow us to fully enjoy them. We were impressed with the provided baby cot for our child and the helpfulness of the staff, especially Liliana, who quickly resolved an issue with our accommodation. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We're already planning our return!

The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. We are definitely coming back!
